Things have been crazy, I'm not going to lie here. I'm watching America Beauty at 3:30 am which is always a good time. I've made some amazing new friends lately. So many things have happened since my last entry that its impossible to possibly catch this thing up. Impossible to possibly??? yeah... He did win one VMA, although it wasn't televised and it was for something like production or whatever..really awful. and the other sad part was I had to fight with my friends when I said that he should win and they're like "No! Justin Timberlake should, who the hell is Johnny Cash anyway?" I got so frustrated and angry that night..and now he's gone. Sad day... [11 Sep 2003|12:50pm] [ mood | mellow ] [ music | Kelly Clarkson-What's Up Lonely...LOVE IT ] It's so incredible that it's really been 2 years since the terrorist attacks..its one of those things that seems SO long ago but you remember it so well that it feels like yesterday. I refuse to watch any of the stuff on TV about it..it's not that I don't truly feel compassionate, and I want to forget about it, but it's so damn depressing. I haven't written in FOR EV ER... [13 Aug 2003|12:02pm] [ mood | ecstatic ] [ music | the washing machine being all loud ] So yes, I suck and I haven't written in here in a long time..I stayed over at my apt this week just hanging around meeting new people. I met the new love of my life, but that's a whole other story. We dicked around and basically did nothing which is how its going to be for the next 8 months anyways, might as well get used to it. In other news.. I'M GOING TO NEW JERSEY TOMORROW!!! that is right. Im flying up to Jersey to spend a few days at one of my best friends Jamie's house then we're going to take a little road trip back down here because she didn't want to drive alone. It should be a grand old time..and I will most likely get to see Kristen which will be absolutely fabulous because Friday is her birthday and hopefully I'll get to see her Saturday!! totally thrilled. basically thats about it, I'll be gone for about a week or so so that means a general lack of online time, and updating (although I don't update ever anyways) yes..so wish me luck that my plane doesn't crash and I will talk to you all in a week or so..I'll be online tonight so IM me :) xoxo Grace 1 comment

Rant: [25 Jul 2003|08:19pm] [ mood | tired ] [ music | Some stupid movie taylor tricked me into renting ] First off I shall say how utterly disappointed I am in the people who are posting Challenge memories and keep fucking up the GC boys names. "Billy and Joey".."Benji and Joey"...and the ever popular "that tattoed kid from good charlotte" I understand you live in this pop!fantastic world and can't be bothered to remember EVERY rock group members name, but you honestly should try and put in a little more effort. ya got every other asshole who played the games name right except for theirs..it's downright disrespectful :T I know I had something else to rant about in here pertaining to Good Charlotte but I can't remember right now..other than I FUCKING LOVE THEM. So I picked up my nephew this morning and we dicked around all day not doing much. when we went to go get my dad from work I popped in Celebrity because I've been in a constant Nsync mood..except at 9:30 this morning when I went to go pick him up..then I was rocking out to GC :) So all of a sudden this conversation comes about- Taylor: Auntie, have you ever slept with Nsync. Me: shocked silence. Taylor: I mean have you ever met them because the pictures I saw you were really close to them. Me: You mean the pictures on the kitchen table? Taylor: yeah, did you meet them? attempt at recapping the weekend, so bear with me. [24 Jul 2003|12:29am] [ mood | awake ] [ music | The New Tom Green Show ] ok this might be a long one..I won't blame you for not reading through lol <3 Friday I wake up at 10:50 and throw in some laundry for the weekend. Rach gets here at 11:30 and we tool around until my laundry is done then we head over to the mall so I can pick up my paycheck. When I get to the mall, I find out hooray! I have a decent check boo! I got fired. I always knew I wasn't cut out for food service in the LEAST but I figured I'd give it a shot. My fears materialized and I am, in all honesty, no good at it. so I leave there and go to the movies to see How to Deal (<3 mandy) 20 minutes into the movie the fire alarm goes off and the movie shuts off. So we all evacuate and they say the movies won't restart for another half hour. second GREAT part of my day :T so we get a voucher and leave there because it was sweltering hot and there was no need to wait around. so we go to the Coral Square mall and I get my nails done (pampering never hurt anyone. especially when they're in a beyond shitty mood.) after that we head over to Rach's moms house and hang with her sister for a bit. Rachel's mom took us out to dinner and I made an ass out of myself as usual :) we head back to rachs and do nothing all night. I talked to Dawn <3 FOREVER because Rach fell asleep super early and passed out around 4. Saturday So I get up around 2:30 and call Summer and Cal to see what they're doing. They were just getting to the Skills Challenge so I told them to call when it was over. Rachel and I get ourselves ready to head down to Miami and leave around 5ish..we stopped to give something to her sister, then hop on the highway for the drive to South Beach. when we get there we have NO idea where we're going (in true tool form) and get lost. Finally we get there around 7:30 and go up to the hotel to meet the girls. We hung out for a bit then walked around to find someplace to grab some food because I hadn't eaten all day. We settled on BK and ended up sitting in there for like an hour an a half. Observational humor makes me really funny! <3 so we go back to the hotel and we're sitting outside..Cal and I are being super loud and dancing and singing, and theres this excursion with some blonde girl in it in front of us, but I paid no attention. The second it pulled away two little girls come up and are like "the car that just drove away had someone in it that looked EXACTLY like Justin Timberlake." and since it was the hotel he was staying in, we assumed it was him. (come to find out later, it def was) so I realized quickly that I was just being a complete ass in front of Mr. JT himself..always cool. we decided to wait for him to come back lol just sitting outside being assholes... Sunday 6 am rolls around and still no Timberlake (he left around 1:30) so we go get coffee and head over to the beach, we see the excusion BEHIND the hotel on the beach and realize that must have been how he got in. (read: earlier that night this woman came over and told us she was standing behind him at the atm in the lobby and he couldn't get any money out...HA!) so at 8:30 Rach and I headed back up to Ft. Lauderdale for the game. I got NO sleep mind you. We made a GC poster for Pam (rachels sister) and headed over to the OCD (office depot center) on the way there I bought a poster board and in a rushed kinda quality thought up cleverness for the signs (with the assistance of Kimmy of course <3) one side said "It's Nsync NOT Njustin" and the other side said "We <3 Chris Justin is a toolbag" they were amazing. So we get there and take out 15th row seats, and realize the lower seats arent taken so we move down fully expecting to give up the seats when the people who bought them get there. The people who bought them never came. Lucky us! so we're yelling at the boys all through the Game..my boyfriend and the father of my children Benjamin Madden waved at us *sigh* the highlight of the game was when timby got hit in the nuts <3333333 oh it was excellent, minus the fact that he got 10 free throws for it making his team win. but I was excited because that meant Lance won, and he has never won. everyone filed out of the place at the end and I met up with Cal and Summer to say bye real quick..outside some girl asked to take my picture holding the sign which was fun <3 then we went home...not as exciting as one might think but I had fun..no dancing provocatively with sweaty hot men..but next year, my friends, next year..21 will never be as sweet as it will be when I walk through the doors to their afterparty next summer. <3 Ok so really thats all..Im sure I'm leaving out TONS of things but you get the general idea. It's been a while... [11 Jul 2003|12:22am] [ mood | giggly ] [ music | the songs from the movie "from justin to kelly" ] So its been a while since an actual REAL update has happened in this journal. this could be due to the lack of exciting things that happens in my daily life. not sure. some fun things that HAVE happened are as follows. 1. on the fourth was the first time I got buzzed in front of my dad, it was quite a scene, and excellently amusing. 2. I had my nephew Taylor all weekend last weekend which was the reason I wasn't on, ever. thanks to Justin (jus10ad) for emailing me to make sure I was alive. <3 3. Yesterday one of my really good friends Marisa, who I worked with all last summer finally moved back to FL so I went to visit her and we went back to Walgreens to say hi. She's going to be going to school at PBCC which is right behind FAU so that's super exciting! we'll get to hang out all the time, which is fun. 4. Tomorrow night I'm going to go to the movies and see from Justin to Kelly again I think, and perhaps legally Blonde 2..always a good time. 5. I have to work ALL weekend, which isn't a good thing but is as equally as important to mention. 6. Next weekend is Challenge. 'nough said <3 ok so I'm sure I've left out TONS of things, but really that's all I need to say..I will leave you with that *clues to find out who you are* thing that I've been saying I was going to do..FOREVER. comment and let me know if you think you know what number you are <33 1.You've been my best friend for like 4 years, and we have the most ridiculous times of all..I'm pretty sure we're the only 2 who actually get "it" everyone else loses big time. It's like you're the female version of superman except you are a librarian and change into your superhero costume behind the fiction rack instead of in a phone booth. you amaze me, and I love you dearly for being such a great friend <3 5. All our late night phone convos last summer and your countless heaps of advice over such pressing matters lol ;x you will always make me laugh, <3 A pretty little place in tennessee 6. No matter how many times you try to deny it, you LOVE pop music, you love JC, and you want him tied to your bed..the sooner you admit this the sooner we can all move on lol no one will ever seem to get the fact that I've PURPOSELY replaced the m's with n's. <333 7. My first client when I become a famous manager, sing your heart out girl, and hey while we're on the road late at night we can write awesome stories, although by then they'll actually BE our boyfriends ;x lol <333 8.
